Job summary

Tradeweb seeks a Junior Client Onboarding & Operations Administrator in Singapore to join the International Legal Administration Team. The role supports onboarding and ongoing trading activity for institutional clients and dealers across international markets.

You will handle client documentation, follow onboarding procedures, and liaise with multiple teams to enable smooth trading on our electronic platform. A detail-oriented, proactive mindset and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Interest in financial markets, trading or financial services.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in production systems.
• Comfort with processes, data and improving workflows.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Process, review and file client documentation (electronic and hard copy).
• Follow internal client and dealer onboarding procedures.
• Liaise with onboarding teams; issue and record email correspondence for audit.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Sales across regions; update databases.
• Assist with day-to-day enablement requests and dealer contracts as needed.
