Job summary

GOLDMAN SACHS in Singapore seeks a detail‑driven Operations professional to join the Equities Execution Services client operations team. The role sits at the nexus between the business and a global regulatory reporting function, supporting trade lifecycle, onboarding, and client service for cash equities.

You will collaborate with desks, technology and compliance to enhance processes, drive automation, and ensure accurate, timely reporting to regulators.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with internal and external clients.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with automation and workflow improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trade Lifecycle Management: handle trade allocation, pre-matching, and fails management to ensure settlement.
• Client Service: primary contact for clients on trade execution queries.
• Risk & Control: maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Process Improvement: drive automation and improve straight-through processing.
• Collaboration: work with sales, trading, technology, and compliance to resolve issues.
