Tradeweb Markets in Singapore seeks an Integration Specialist to join our Market Support department. This role provides support and maintenance to our trade processing solutions, acting as a bridge between business and technology, with interactions across front office traders and operations.

You will work on ongoing development, rollout and implementation of integration services including pre/post trade execution, AIEX, and API trading, and you will train customers and collaborate with product

Responsibilities

• Ongoing development, rollout and implementation of integration services including pre/post trade execution, AIEX, and API trading.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, vendors/partners and prospects
• Guide customers through the process of system integration and certify new workflows
• Work with Tradeweb sales force in their efforts to increase trade volume by establishing direct server to server links with customers
• Training customers on new product enhancements
• Work with all product teams on new enhancement
