Job summary

Libeara Singapore PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Operations Associate to support day-to-day client onboarding, transaction processing, fund/platform operations, and operational controls.

The role suits a highly organized, detail-oriented professional comfortable in a regulated environment with audit expectations; you will ensure daily processes are accurate, timely, and compliant, while managing risk and improving operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations or fintech ops.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in audit/compliance environments.
• Good documentation and evidencing.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations per internal procedures and control standards.
• Support subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, trades and related activity.
• Maintain transaction logs and supporting documents.
• Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate issues and coordinate resolutions across teams.
• Assist in regulatory and governance tasks.
• Continuously improve SOPs and end-to-end processes.
