Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires 5 years of experience managing physical security or related projects.
• Working knowledge of access control, CCTV/video management, intrusion detection, and security tech.
• Experience coordinating multi-site projects with external vendors or contractors.
• PM certifications such as PMP or CAPM or Agile/Scrum are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, equipment lifecycle, vendor management, and risk mitigation under regional guidance.
• Deliver physical security projects across multiple sites, aligned with global standards and budgets.
• Translate business requirements into access control, CCTV, alarm, and key management solutions.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while removing delivery obstacles.
• Oversee vendors and system integrators to ensure quality, compliance, and installation standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful execution.
• Provide technical leadership and support for security platforms and governance activities.
• Conduct site reviews, QA inspections, and regular project governance reporting.
