Job summary

Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Physical Security Project Manager, JCAP, reporting to Regional Physical Security Director. You will lead multi-site security projects, coordinate design, vendor management, and ensure delivery aligned with company standards.

You will oversee risk assessments, drive requirements with internal teams, and ensure on-time, within-budget execution. Fluent English and strong communication are essential to liaise with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years’ experience managing large multi-site security projects.
• Familiar with access control, video surveillance and alarm systems.
• Certification with Lenel or Milestone preferred.
• Client service oriented and strong communication.

About the role

Reporting to the Regional Physical Security Director, the Physical Security Project Manager, JCAP is responsible for physical security design, standards, product/system selection, project deliver to the company standards while also ensuring customer requests are met and customer satisfactions are achieved. This includes working with related internal and external parties and on-site stakeholders to coordinate the project design and delivery. The position will also supervise all vendors/suppliers and oversee the whole process of a physical security project.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of physical security projects while facilitating scrum ceremonies.
• Translate business needs into physical security design, system selections, programing, and product life-cycle management.
• Coordinate and implement the global security standard to other parties on behalf of Global Security Group Team.
• Overview Physical Security projects according to company Physical Security Standards and ensure projects are completed on time within budget.
• Manage different vendors/suppliers; conduct site coordination meetings, quality control and management.
• Communicate apprising status and issues to team members, management and other project partners.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies with Regional Director, removing impediments to enhance project execution.
• Partner with internal teams and the business to define the project requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
• Provide effective project management leadership of assigned resources and aligned partners to meet deliverables.
• Build close working relationships with ADRS team to achieve precise execution.

About you

• Proven experience managing large multi-site projects involving multiple sub-system and demanding customers over 10 years.
• Familiar with access control, video surveillance systems, and alarm systems.
• Past experience and certification with Lenel, Milestone Systems is preferred.
• Client service oriented.
• Great communicator with ability to communicate and coordinate among various parties.
• Ability to get things done within a tight schedule.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Understand business operation and business requirements.
