Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Senior Security Project Lead to design and deliver multi-site physical security deployments across APAC. You will drive Agile delivery, coordinate regional vendors, and translate regional requirements into concrete security designs for access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong vendor governance, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules while maintaining compliance with regional standards.

Lead the end-to-end design, vendor management, and Agile delivery of physical security infrastructure projects across multi-site regional operations.

Oversee the end-to-end planning, implementation, and Agile delivery of multi-site physical security deployments across the JCAP region within budget and tight schedules.

Translate business and regional requirements into technical physical security designs, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion alarm systems.

Supervise regional vendors, contractors, and system integrators, holding site coordination meetings and enforcing quality control standards.

Conduct risk assessments and partner with internal teams (such as Real Estate/ADRS) and regional leaders to resolve project roadblocks and maintain standard compliance.
