Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Manager, Physical Security Enablement to lead the delivery and integration of physical security programs across new data centre developments and major customer initiatives throughout Asia-Pacific. This role reports to the regional leadership team and combines program leadership with security expertise to ensure security systems and vendors align from design to handover.

Regular travel across Asia-Pacific is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading physical security programs, projects or operations in mission-critical environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, commissioning, fit-out or infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, construction, operations and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and integration of physical security programs across new data centre builds and expansion projects in Asia-Pacific.
• Partner with Global Design & Construction, Data Centre Operations and Security Program teams to embed security requirements in delivery.
• Support security readiness during design, construction, installation, commissioning and handover.
• Identify and mitigate physical security risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive consistency and standardisation of security practices across the region.
