Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Physical Security Project Manager, JCAP, reporting to Regional Physical Security Director. You will lead multi-site security projects, coordinate design, vendor management, and ensure delivery aligned with company standards.

You will oversee risk assessments, drive requirements with internal teams, and ensure on-time, within-budget execution. Fluent English and strong communication are essential to liaise with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years’ experience managing large multi-site security projects.
• Familiar with access control, video surveillance and alarm systems.
• Certification with Lenel or Milestone preferred.
• Client service oriented and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning, implementation, and management of security projects.
• Translate business needs into physical security design and system selections.
• Coordinate global security standards with internal and external parties.
• Ensure projects meet standards, on time and within budget.
• Manage vendors, conduct site meetings, and QC.
• Report status and issues to management and partners.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Define project requirements with business teams.
• Provide leadership to resources and partners to meet deliverables.
• Build relationships with ADRS team for precise execution.
