Job summary

EDP Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Security Technology & Operations to lead the development of APAC security infrastructure and programmes. This regional role focuses on planning, delivering and optimising enterprise security technology projects while ensuring alignment with Global Security standards and local business needs.

You will oversee security operations, incident response, risk management and partnerships with IT, facilities and external vendors across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate security or security operations.
• Experience managing security projects across multiple locations.
• Experience with physical security technologies (access control, video surveillance, IDS).
• Experience managing vendors and third-party providers.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and cultures.
• Strong PM, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive level presentations.
• Security qualifications preferred, but relevant experience considered.
• Experience delivering regional or multinational security technology programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead security technology projects from concept to handover.
• Develop security requirements for facilities and major projects.
• Review designs and specs for compliance with Global Security standards.
• Support lifecycle management and cost optimisation of security tech.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities and stakeholders to integrate security tech.
• Manage external consultants and vendors to deliver on time and budget.
• Provide regional oversight of security operations and incident response.
• Coordinate response to security incidents and emergencies.
