About the role

This is a fine jewellery sales role focused on maximizing walk-in sales at a mall location. You will proactively greet and engage customers, convert foot traffic into clients, and achieve monthly sales targets. The role involves introducing customers to premium jadeite and natural element pieces, explaining their unique traits, design craftsmanship, and traditional value.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively greet, engage, and convert mall foot traffic into fine jewellery clients to achieve monthly sales targets

• Introduce customers to the unique traits, design craftsmanship, and traditional value of premium jadeite and natural element pieces

• Maintain contact with walk-in buyers to foster repeat business and turn one-time shoppers into long-term brand supporters

• Ensure products on display are beautifully presented and maintain high visual merchandising standards

• Assist with daily inventory counts

About you

• Fully bilingual in English and Chinese (Spoken) with ability to verbally explain gemstone details fluently in both languages

• Strong face-to-face communication skills

• Natural confidence in approaching people

• Hunger to hit sales KPIs

• Polished and professional presentation with high energy for floor sales

• No prior fine jewellery experience required; on-the-job training on jadeite and gemstones will be fully provided
