Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group in Singapore seeks a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience and deep product knowledge across our luxury collections.

You will engage customers, drive sales, and maintain inventory and store presentation. The role requires agility in a fast-paced, multilingual environment with shift hours including airport duties.

Qualifications

• NITEC or above.
• Sales experience in jewelry or luxury brands preferred.
• Proven strong customer service with sales track record.
• Well-groomed, personable and confident with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced retail environments.
• Multilingual to serve diverse client groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience and exceptional shopping service.
• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge including craftsmanship and brand stories.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through active engagement and recommendations.
• Manage inventory through counts and clear records.
• Keep the store maintained with displays reflecting the brand image and promotions.
• Coordinate and fulfil orders including in-store collection and delivery.
• Support in-store campaigns, promotions and events.
• Able to commit to airport shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide an outstanding customer experience, creating an exceptional shopping experience.

Develop and maintain deep product knowledge, encompassing craftsmanship, design intent, styling possibilities, and the brand stories behind each piece, to deliver confident and engaging customer advice.

Achieve individual and store sales targets through active customer engagement and tailored product recommendations.

Manage inventory level through conducting inventory counts and maintaining clear inventory records.

Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, with visual displays that reflect the brand’s image and current promotions.

Coordinate and fulfil customer orders, including in-store collection and delivery arrangements

Support the execution of in-store campaigns, promotions, and events.

Able to commit to airport's shift hours.

Qualifications:

NITEC and above.

Sales experience preferably in the jewelry industry / luxury brands.

Demonstrated ability to deliver strong customer service with a proven sales track record.

Well-groomed, personable, and confident, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Team-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment.

Multilingual to cater to different groups of clienteles.
