Job summary

MJV Enterprises Pte Ltd is seeking a Jewellery Sales Personnel to join our retail team in the Chinatown Central Region on a full-time basis. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving jewellery sales and maintaining our high service standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, receiving ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Competitive remuneration includes employee discounts on our jewellery collections.

Qualifications

• Proven retail or sales experience, preferably jewellery or luxury goods.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery products, materials and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customers.
• Numeracy and accuracy in cash handling and transactions.
• Flexibility to work weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalised product recommendations.
• Demonstrate jewellery products and highlight quality and value.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain product knowledge across jewellery categories.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Keep the store visually appealing and organized.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and store performance.
