Qualifications

2–3 years in IT with L2/L3 support experience.
Experience in system/data recovery.
Proficient with SQL and scripting.
Familiar with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, logs analysis, and diagnose issues escalated to the team.
Participate in testing and error reproduction.
Prepare solution and technical documents.
Monitor performance, response time, and utilization of service application and components.
Provide workaround, corrective fixes or data patches for incidents/problems.
Assist with data extraction requests.
Take ownership of incidents/problems tickets until resolved and follow up to ensure SLA compliance.
Provide support during deployment activities.
Collaborate with IT teams and users.
Identify improvements and propose effective system gap solutions.
Adhere to tightly controlled policies and procedures.
