Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking an L2 Application Support Analyst to ensure the reliable operation of production systems and provide incident and problem management. The role involves coordinating with resolver teams, escalating issues, and delivering on-site support during service cutovers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience with application product support, strong skills in RHEL/Windows, Java debugging, and SQL database troubleshooting, plus familiarity with APIs and XML structures.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting application products (e.g., User Portals, application components).
• Proficiency with RHEL 7/8, Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Java debugging and scripting languages (Perl, Bash, Python).
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation and maintenance of production systems and services.
• Provide incident and problem management, coordinating with resolver teams.
• Escalate issues to higher levels and adhere to SLAs.
• Analyze, document changes, and verify enhancements for applications/systems.
• Deliver onsite user support during service cutovers.
