Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Singapore is seeking an experienced Java production support professional to manage complex application issues, perform debugging, and ensure stable operations in a high-volume environment.

The role requires strong Java, JEE, Spring, and RESTful skills, plus hands-on Splunk experience and solid database knowledge (Oracle/Cassandra/NoSQL). On-call rotations including weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex Java application support.
• Strong programming and debugging skills in Java, JEE, Spring framework, Java-based web applications and RESTful services.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, with analytical and troubleshooting skills for application and production issues.
• Good database knowledge in Oracle, Cassandra or other NoSQL platforms.
• Experience supporting high-volume, large-scale environments and resolving production incidents within SLA.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be flexible for rotation-based on-call support, including occasional weekend coverage.

• 6) Strong critical thinking, coordination, and verbal and written communication skills.
• 7) Must be flexible for rotation-based on-call support, including occasional weekend coverage.
