Job summary

Sicilia Mia Pte. Ltd. in Hillview, Singapore, is seeking a CDP / Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations in a fast-paced Italian restaurant. You will assist the Outlet Chef, prepare and cook dishes to standard, and maintain quality and station cleanliness.

We require 3–4 years of relevant experience, the ability to manage your own station with minimal supervision, and strong attention to detail and organization. A Junior position is possible for candidates with less experience.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• 5–6 days per week work schedule.
• Proficiency in Italian cuisine and ingredients preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must handle own station with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Candidates with lesser experience may start as Junior Position.
