Job summary

Casa Vostra is seeking a Chef de Partie in Singapore to lead a kitchen section during service, focusing on Italian dishes with emphasis on pasta and/or pizza. You will work under the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a high-volume environment, ensuring quality and timely output.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong background in Italian cuisine, especially pasta or pizza.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and run an assigned kitchen section efficiently during service
• Prepare and execute Italian dishes, with a strong focus on pasta and/or pizza
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation according to Casa Vostra standards
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Assist with mise en place and daily kitchen preparation
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards in compliance with NEA regulations
• Support junior kitchen staff and promote teamwork in the kitchen
• Assist with stock control, food storage, and minimising wastage
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth daily operations
