Job summary

Elephant Grounds in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Chef De Partie to lead a designated kitchen section, delivering dishes that meet brand standards for taste, quality, and presentation.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain mise en place, uphold food safety, and support junior staff while collaborating with other stations.

Applicants should have at least 2 years as CDP or 3 years as Commis/Demi CDP, a Food Hygiene certification, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
