Job summary

The Lo & Behold Group’s Fico, a casual Italian seaside destination in Sentosa, Singapore, is seeking a passionate kitchen team member to set up stations, ensure plating and presentation, and maintain a clean, orderly environment in the kitchen.

You will monitor ingredient quality, manage stock, and place orders when shortages arise, all while upholding strict health and hygiene standards and supporting our waste-not, want-not philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Setting up workstation with all the needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Ensuring great presentation by dressing dishing before they are served
• Keeping a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensuring all food and other items are stored properly
• Checking quality of ingredients
• Monitoring stock and place order when there are shortages
• Enforcing strict health and hygiene standard and troubleshooting any problems that may arise
