Job summary

Singapore Institute of Directors seeks an experienced IT professional to support iMIS, applications, and e-learning maintenance. You will report to the Vice President, Information Technology, and collaborate with RAS, SID departments, and ecosystem partners to understand processes and reporting needs.

Your responsibilities include iMIS platform management, applications & AI development, and ongoing LMS maintenance, with strong emphasis on dashboard creation and user support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field required.
• At least 2 years in IT systems administration or related hybrid role.
• Experience with iMIS and its query/reporting tools (IQA) required.
• Experience administering LMS and maintaining SCORM-based e-learning content; strong troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage iMIS requests and website content updates for SID teams.
• Serve as iMIS administrator and handle user access and platform health.
• Maintain e-learning modules and LMS administration; support SCORM content.
• Collaborate with departments to develop applications and AI-enabled solutions.
