• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/SE or related discipline.
• 12+ years IT experience with 10 years in applications support and 5+ years in a lead role.
• Experience in ITIL-based framework and tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Proficient in web technologies and APIs, plus low-code platforms.
• Experience with finance application solutions and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident management and SLA adherence; act as escalation point.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Lead a support team; manage schedules and performance.
• Communicate system status and risks to stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage third-party vendors, changes, and contract compliance.
• Lead AMS support and end-to-end SAP, SAP Ariba, and finance app projects.
• Explore new technologies to improve support and plan strategically.
• Focus on AI-enabled finance integration and secure data approaches.
• Address audit queries and ensure compliance for supported systems.
