Job summary

SINGAPORE INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT in Singapore seeks an experienced Programme Delivery professional to administer support systems and ensure the Learning Management System is set up according to procedures. You will coordinate with partners and academics, communicate timely updates to students and staff, manage lecturer deployment, drive process innovation, budgeting, class scheduling and assessment management.

Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of working experience.
• Familiar with the higher education industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Team player with leadership abilities and able to work through people.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; Mandarin-speaking stakeholders advantageous.

Responsibilities

• HE Programme Delivery: Administer support systems and delivery operations.
• Operation Coordination with Partners and Head of Programmes/Academics: Maintain relations and review concerns.
• Communicate: provide timely updates to students and staff; organise partner visits.
• Lecturer Management: liaise with academic staff to deploy qualified lecturers.
• Process Innovation: spearhead digitalisation and automation initiatives for the department.
• Budgeting and Resource Allocation: ensure accuracy in budgeting.
• Class Scheduling and Assessment Management: coordinate scheduling and assessment plans.
• Marketing and Recruitment: support SMR with marketing and recruitment; maintain collateral/website.
• People Management: deploy and supervise work teams.
• Programme Review: implement changes for programme reviews; regional market experience is an advantage.
