Job summary

MNC Company is seeking a Frontline IT Support & Administration professional to join its operations at Jurong Island. The role covers end-user IT support, device setup, and documentation, with responsibilities extending to ERP and SharePoint systems and project rollout support.

The candidate should have 3–4 years of IT support experience and a Diploma or Degree in IT/CS. Transport is provided, and working hours are 8:30 am to 5:15 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-4 years of IT support or relevant experience.
• Certificate in IT would be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, printers, network access, and business apps.
• Set up, install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs, laptops, phones, and peripherals.
• Update tickets, asset registers, checklists, and user docs accurately.
• Support system administration activities, data updates, onboarding, and monitoring for ERP, SharePoint, and workflow tools.
• Assist in project rollout activities, prepare user guides, provide basic training support, and coordinate equipment readiness.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Senior Executive/Manager.
