Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking an IT support specialist in Singapore to handle first-level hardware, software, printers, and network issues.

The role involves setting up PCs and devices, updating records, and supporting ERP/SharePoint workflows. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in IT or CS with at least 3 years of IT support experience and a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, printers, networks, and business apps.
• Set up and maintain PCs, phones, user accounts, and devices.
• Update tickets, asset registers, checklists, and user documentation.
• Support application systems and data flow across business functions.
• Administer ERP, SharePoint, and workflow tools; assist project with guides and training.
• Escalate unresolved issues and control gaps promptly.
• Follow IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity requirements, and data protection practices.
• Assist with inventory checks, maintenance schedules, file organization, and audits.
• Understand internal processes and propose IT solutions to optimize workflow.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• First-level support for hardware/software/printers/network/business applications.
• Setup, installation, configuration and maintenance of PC/phones, user accounts, and devices.
• Update ticket records, asset registers, checklists, and user documentation.
• Manage Application systems and understand data flow across business functions.
• Administration (testing, data updates, user onboarding, ERP, SharePoint, workflow tools etc)
• Assist project (preparing user guides, conduct training, coordinating equipment readiness etc)
• Escalate unresolved issues, recurring incidents, and control gaps promptly to superior.
• Follow IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity requirements, and data protection practices.
• Support inventory checks, maintenance schedules, file organization & audit preparation activities.
• To understand internal business process and propose IT solutions to optimize workflow.
• Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science with 3 years of IT support.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, system administration and cybersecurity principles.
