Job summary

Search Index Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional in Singapore to provide first-level help for hardware, software, printers, and user accounts. You will perform setup, installation, configuration, and routine maintenance of PCs, laptops, and phones, while supporting ERP and SharePoint related tasks.

With 2–4 years of IT experience and a diploma or degree in IT, you’ll help manage data flow, onboarding, and system administration activities, and assist project rollouts in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of IT support or relevant experience.
• Relevant certificate in IT would be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for user issues relating to hardware, software, printers etc.
• Perform routine setup, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, phones, user accounts
• Manage application systems and understand data flow across business functions.
• Support system administration activities, testing, data updates, user onboarding, and routine monitoring tasks for ERP, SharePoint etc
• Assist in project rollout activities such as preparing user guides, conducting basic training support, coordinating equipment readiness.
• Follow established IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity requirements, and data protection practices in daily work.
• Support inventory checks, preventive maintenance schedules, file organization, and audit preparation activities.
