Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a 12-Month Contract in Jurong East. The role offers up to S$6,000/month and focuses on hands-on desktop and end-user support across laptops, desktops, printers, mobiles and connectivity.

You will set up devices for new joiners, manage user accounts and access, and support AV and video conferencing equipment, while working on SAP access requests and maintaining SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support, workplace IT or end-user computing.
• Comfortable supporting users on site and managing tickets within SLAs.
• SAP access administration or AV support experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 2 IT tickets and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices and connectivity issues.
• Set up devices and system access for new joiners.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and IT assets.
• Support meeting room AV and video conferencing equipment.
• Assign SAP access based on approved requests.
