Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an IT support or technician role.
• Working knowledge of SAP enterprise systems (functional or technical support experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and business software.
• Familiarity with network administration, including LAN/WAN setup, troubleshooting, and security basics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Configure and maintain Email server and AD Server.
• Support and troubleshoot SAP enterprise system issues, liaising with vendors or internal teams where necessary.
• Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, servers, and connectivity issues.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation system configurations and resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where relevant.
