Job summary

MILTRADE TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking an IT support specialist to provide first-level helpdesk support for users and employees in Singapore. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and configure computers, and manage user accounts and access permissions.

Fresh graduates are welcome; the role requires a diploma or higher NITEC in IT or related field, 1–3 years of experience, and basic knowledge of Windows and networking with good communication skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or Higher NITEC in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1-3 years of IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support experience.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is an advantage.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to users and employees.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and other IT equipment.
Set up and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Perform system updates, software installations, and routine maintenance tasks.
Document incidents, support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Support cybersecurity initiatives, including updating antivirus patches on offline servers and promoting user security awareness.
