Responsibilities

• Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
• Determine best solutions based on user details.
• Guide users through the problem-solving steps.
• Escalate to Level 2 if deployment is needed.
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
• Record events and resolutions in logs.
• Identify improvements in IT procedures.
• Follow up on user status until resolution.
• Keep escalation tracking until closure.
• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned.
