Job summary

Daifuku Mechatronics (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a field service technician to support on-site maintenance for our customers in Singapore. You will install, service, and commission company products, perform tests, and provide front-line support for key field activities.

Candidates with a diploma or ITE, 1 year experience, or fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcomed. You must be able to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and communicate well; PLC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics) or ITE with minimum 1 year of experience or equivalent.
Entry-level candidates with positive learning attitude will also be considered.
Able to lift heavy objects and work at heights with safety training provided.
Comfortable working at heights up to 40 meters with safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site maintenance service support and 24hrs weekly rotational standby to existing customers.
On-site supervision and perform installation, overhaul, testing & commissioning, servicing and repair of company product.
Provide front line support for key field service activities in line with customers’ requirements.
