Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. East Singapore is seeking a frontline engineering supervisor to monitor and ensure safe, optimal performance of assigned staff and equipment. You will maintain real-time awareness, coordinate activities, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to arrange solutions.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of frontline engineering experience, with willingness to standby 24/7 to support operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of Engineering front-line experience. Prior experience in managing a team of up to 10 persons will be highly preferred.
• Willing to commit 24/7 standby duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure optimal performance and safety of assigned staff and the portfolio of equipment, including periodic inspections.
• Possess real-time awareness, control and monitoring of all works required for the assigned staff and equipment.
• Perform timely and clear communication with all involved parties (internal, inter-departmental, external) to arrange solutions.
