Job summary

MERIDIONALE IMPIANTI SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking an IT Support professional to provide day-to-day IT assistance, set up and maintain devices, and manage user accounts and access. The role includes onboarding/offboarding support and liaising with vendors.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and networking is expected, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and willing to learn.
• Experience with Odoo ERP will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for users.
• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, software and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email, VPN and system access.
• Support employee IT onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain IT asset, software license and access records.
• Provide basic network, backup and IT infrastructure support.
• Provide basic administration and user support for Odoo ERP.
• Liaise with IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Maintain proper IT documentation and records.
• Support other IT-related tasks and projects as assigned.
