Job summary

Portcities Singapore is seeking a hands-on ERP Consultant to design and implement Odoo-based solutions. You will lead configurations, testing, and go-live activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong client-facing skills and 3–5 years of ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/Business/Accounting/Management.
• 3–5 years of ERP implementation experience.
• Strong Odoo knowledge including configuration.
• Odoo certifications or equivalents.
• Excellent English communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Work authorization in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client processes to design solutions with detailed requirements.
• Lead full delivery cycle from configuration to Go-live.
• Prepare UAT, test cases, and documentation.
• Provide training and end-user support.
• Troubleshoot Odoo issues and collaborate with teams.
• Support pre-sales with demos.
• Prepare English slides if required.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and requirements to design business solutions with detailed requirements. Produce Functional Specification, UAT plan, and prepare case tests, flowcharts, and diagrams.
• Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to Go‑live.
• Internal testing on configuration/development should be conducted before releasing them from UAT.
• Create a user manual and provide training and support to end‑users as per the agreement defined.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo‑related issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for system integration.
• Stay updated on Odoo developments and suggest improvements.
• Support the sales team during pre‑sales by creating and presenting a demo.
• Prepare presentation slides in English or other specific language if required.
• Prepare MoM in English or other specific language if required.
• Able to manage and control budget, timeline, and scope of small to medium‑sized projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Business / Accounting / Management. A master's degree in business management is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of the Odoo ERP system, including configuration and customization.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role.
• Odoo certification(s) or equivalent industry certifications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
• Language Skills: Native/Fluent in English is required, while proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must have valid work authorization in Singapore to be considered for this position.
