Job summary

LBD ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is looking for an IT Support Executive to be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support across the company. This hands-on role ensures users stay productive while maintaining IT equipment, systems and records in a fast-paced environment.

You will set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices, manage user accounts, and assist with onboarding/offboarding and IT documentation. Fresh graduates with related diplomas are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC/Higher NITEC in IT or related field.
• 1 year IT support or administrative experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and desktop/printer hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support for users (hardware, software, connectivity).
• Set up, configure, deploy and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, email, and system access.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and asset/provisioning records.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs and records.
