Job summary

Hatch Careers Singapore is seeking an IT Support Executive to be the first line of contact for daily IT issues across the organisation, from laptop setup to printers and network access. The role requires a hands-on, proactive individual with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will support Windows environments, Microsoft 365 administration and basic networking, while maintaining support documentation and assisting with IT projects.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years hands-on IT support experience.
• Diploma or higher in IT/CS or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 administration, and common office hardware.
• Basic networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, LAN, VPN, DNS).
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Service-minded and able to work independently or in small teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries and issues; ensure timely response and resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, connectivity, and basic network problems for staff.
• Set up, configure, and hand over laptops and mobile devices for new joiners; recover and clean up for offboarding.
• Log, track, and escalate issues; keep support documentation up to date.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with procurement.
• Perform data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, macros).
• Assist in automating repetitive tasks using scripting and AI tools.
• Support IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new software rollouts.
• Other IT-related duties as assigned.
