Job summary

LKP ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT support specialist to provide first- and second-level helpdesk support, install and maintain PCs, printers, and network equipment, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity.

You will support Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/Wi‑Fi, and contribute to security practices, documentation, and IT projects. Fresh graduates welcome; strong problem-solving and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT/CS/CE or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/Wi‑Fi, and IT security is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, Web Development, or Mobile App Development is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to users.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365 apps, and other business software.
• Assist with network configuration including LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, and basic troubleshooting.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
• Perform software installation, updates, patches, and system maintenance.
• Assist with data backup, security, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to employees.
• Prepare IT documentation, reports, and troubleshooting records.
• Support IT projects and implementation of new technologies.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.
