Job summary

Changi Travel Services Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Executive, Operations & Support to provide day-to-day technical assistance and ensure reliable, secure IT systems across the organisation. The role spans end-user support across functions and sites.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of IT support experience, hands-on Windows and M365 know-how, and familiarity with Entra ID and Active Directory. On-site and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2–5 years of IT support/desktop/infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows devices and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune or equivalent endpoint-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and meeting-room support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, network, VPN, printing and user-access issues.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, accounts and access permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, endpoint management, and device deployment.
• Provide operational support for network infrastructure, Wi‑Fi, servers, endpoint security and business applications.
• Manage IT assets, software licences, warranties and vendor support arrangements.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs and knowledge-base articles, and suggest improvements for recurring issues.
• Support system upgrades, planned maintenance, IT projects and urgent operational incidents.
