Job summary

MADSOFT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Technician to manage and troubleshoot server and network issues and provide user assistance.

You will work on Windows servers, Citrix virtual machines, remote desktop, routers, and Fortinet firewall, perform preventive maintenance, document procedures, and support accounting/inventory software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience with setup and maintenance of Windows servers, virtual machines (Citrix), remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall.
• Experience in technical support of accounting or inventory software will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated in problem solving and able to work as a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, Windows server, network connection.

• Responsible for server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures to ensure that servers are functioning to meet user needs
