LBD Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a systematic IT Support Executive to be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support across the company. This hands-on role combines IT support with administrative coordination in a fast-paced environment.
You will set up and maintain IT equipment, manage user accounts, and assist with onboarding/offboarding while maintaining accurate asset and access records. A diploma or related certification plus about 1 year of experience are preferred.
We are looking for a systematic and motivated IT Support Executive to join our IT team. You will be the first point of contact for day‑to‑day IT support across the company, helping users stay productive while maintaining our IT equipment, systems and records. This is a hands‑on role that combines IT support with administrative coordination — ideal for someone organized, eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Provide day‑to‑day IT helpdesk support and troubleshooting for users (hardware, software, connectivity and peripherals).
Set up, configure, deploy and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, software and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, email, and system access (create, modify, disable).
Support the IT onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including equipment issuance and account provisioning/deactivation.
Maintain accurate IT asset, software license and user access records, and assist with periodic audits.
Provide basic support for network, backup and IT infrastructure (Wi‑Fi, switches, servers) and elevate issues where needed.
Liaise with IT vendors and service providers for repairs, procurement, warranty and support cases.
Assist with IT‑related administrative tasks, such as quotations, purchase requests, delivery coordination and record‑keeping.
Maintain proper IT documentation, procedures and records (SOPs, knowledge base, ticket logs).
Assist with IT patching, security and endpoint management tasks under supervision.
Support other IT‑related tasks and projects as assigned by the IT Manager.
Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
Around 1 year of relevant IT support or administrative experience; Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and common desktop/printer hardware.
Systematic, organized, meticulous and able to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a service‑oriented mindset.
Independent, patient and a strong willingness to learn.
Able to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
