FLASH OPTIMAL SC TRADING SDN. BHD is seeking a capable IT support specialist to deliver frontline and second-level help for users, troubleshoot hardware and software, and manage IT assets in a dynamic environment.

The role covers Windows, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and collaboration with vendors on upgrades, while you build documentation, training, and regional exposure through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support or technical support.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing and asset management systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and support multiple users.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Install and configure computers, applications and IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and IT assets.
• Monitor network and system performance.
• Maintain IT documentation and support records.
• Coordinate with external vendors for technical issues.
• Assist with system upgrades, maintenance and implementation projects.
• Support cybersecurity and data protection procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and basic user training.
