Job summary

PEOPLE CONNECTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Support Engineer (L2) for systems and infrastructure. The role roams across customer sites in Singapore to diagnose issues and carry a ticket from initial diagnosis to resolution and handover.

You will work on Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365, backups, and virtualization while communicating clearly and taking ownership of problems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support or infrastructure experience, including practical server and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain problems you have investigated, actions taken and how you verified the solution.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with backup/recovery, security procedures and controlled changes; basic PowerShell or Bash scripting capability.
• Clear communication and reliable follow-through, with good judgement on escalation.
• Diploma or Degree in IT/CS, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP and file-access issues.
• Resolve network connectivity, firewall and VPN problems, carrying out changes safely.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration and investigate service or user-access issues.
• Perform server maintenance, patching and backup/restore tasks, verifying changes and recovery.
• Support virtualization and cloud-related tasks within the assigned customer environment.
• Own escalated tickets, keep users informed and coordinate with vendors for specialist support.
• Record fixes and root-cause findings, and share guidance with the L1 team.

IT Support Engineer (L2) – Systems & Infrastructure
Salary: S$3,500–S$3,800 per month plus incentives
Working location: Roaming across customer sites in Singapore

Put your troubleshooting skills to work across servers, networks and Microsoft 365.

Our client, an IT services provider, is looking for an L2 engineer who enjoys investigating technical problems and taking ownership of a solution. In this roaming role, you’ll support different customer sites, handle escalated incidents, support business‑critical IT systems and work with colleagues and vendors to keep customer environments running reliably.

The role offers varied hands‑on systems and infrastructure work, with responsibility from diagnosis through to resolution and a clear handover.

What you’ll do
