Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer (L1/L1.5) to provide hands-on IT support to approximately 100 users in Singapore, covering hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and network issues. You will also gain exposure to servers and day-to-day IT infrastructure.

You will set up devices, manage user accounts, troubleshoot LAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN, monitor servers, and work with external vendors as needed. This permanent in-house role offers growth beyond desktop support.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or a related field.
• 2–4 years IT support/infrastructure experience.
• Experience supporting users in-house or in a corporate environment.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and server maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users and getting involved with infrastructure?

We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer (L1/L1.5) to join our team and provide IT support to approximately 100 users. This is more than just a helpdesk role — you’ll also get exposure to servers, networking and day-to-day IT infrastructure.
