Job summary

WSH Experts Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide helpdesk services, server maintenance, and network administration.

You will support end users and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in IT/CS/engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience; hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware ESXi, Fortinet FortiGate, Dell switches, and Synology NAS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant IT helpdesk, desktop support, system administration or network support experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and virtualization (VMware ESXi).
• Experience with TCP/IP networks, LAN/VLAN, routers and switches.
• Familiarity with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and Dell switches.
• Knowledge of Synology NAS and data storage management is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to attend urgent incidents and perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT helpdesk support and incident resolution to end users.
• Perform server maintenance and patch management.
• Administer networks, including TCP/IP, VLANs and wireless connectivity.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure IT systems run smoothly on-site.
• Assist with data storage, backups and NAS management.

We are seeking a skilled and responsible IT Support Engineer to provide IT helpdesk services, server maintenance, network administration and technical support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support, system administration or network support.
• Practical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware ESXi and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Experience in network troubleshooting, TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, routers, switches and wireless connectivity.
• Familiarity with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, Dell network switches or similar equipment.
• Experience with Synology NAS, backup solutions and data storage management is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, endpoint security and antivirus software.
