Job summary

MADSOFT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Singapore to investigate and resolve user issues, and to maintain servers, virtual machines, and network devices.

You will troubleshoot Windows servers, Citrix environments, RDP, routers and firewalls while ensuring VPN connectivity and data backup routines. The role requires a diploma or degree in IT or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience with setup, troubleshooting, maintenance of Windows servers, virtual machines (Citrix), remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall, VPN.
• Experience with VLAN, VOIP, backup software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
• Motivated in problem solving.
• Able to work as a team and independently.
