Talentvis Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an L1 IT Support Engineer to deliver prompt, professional technical support to clients. The role covers onsite and remote assistance for PCs, software, user accounts and basic networks, with meticulous ticketing and escalation practices.

You will handle Windows/Microsoft 365 environments, perform routine PC deployment, and maintain documentation while adhering to client security policies. Travel to client sites in Singapore may be required.

Qualifications

• Min. Nitec/ Higher Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• Min. 2–4 years of IT helpdesk/desk-side support experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals or ITIL Foundation are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via onsite visits, phone, email and remote tools.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Support Windows and Microsoft 365 apps and Outlook.
• Perform basic user-account support and new-user setup.
• Log incidents and keep users informed of progress.
• Escalate complex issues to L2 or vendors with complete info.
• Maintain asset records and proper documentation.
• Follow security procedures at all times.
