Job summary

NETE2 ASIA PTE LTD is seeking a diligent IT support professional in Singapore. You will monitor and maintain network, server, and application health while providing 24/7 helpdesk support on a rotating weekly roster.

On-site troubleshooting for IT and AV faults will be required, along with routine firmware updates and asset tracking. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in a related field and basic knowledge of IT networks, Microsoft Windows OS, and hardware.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT Networking, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT networks, Microsoft OS, and computer hardware.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or AV systems is a bonus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network, server, and application health day-to-day.
• Provide 24/7 helpdesk support on a rotating weekly roster, with standby and overtime allowance.
• Respond on-site to troubleshoot and resolve IT and AV faults.
• Perform routine maintenance – firmware updates, patching, asset tracking.
• Liaise with vendors to manage system recoveries and escalations.
