Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking support staff for a Data Center to provide 24/7 assistance on a rotating shift schedule. Candidates should have a minimum diploma in IT and preferably hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft or ITIL.

The role includes addressing technical queries, resolving incidents onsite, and maintaining system configuration. Competitive salary up to $4,000 with a fixed $200 monthly shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any IT related courses.
• Preferably with Microsoft Certification and/or ITIL certification.
• Good knowledge of Linux, Unix, Active Directory/DNS, Microsoft Azure Stack.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24 x 7 support for Data Center running on a 12-hour shift.
• Assist the Customer in verifying and resolving incidents/problems.
• Escalate unsolvable problems to relevant engineers and report to the Project Manager.
