EIRE SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to maintain and support end-user devices.

You will handle OS deployments, patching, and user inquiries, ensuring smooth operation of the desktop environment for our financial sector clients. Responsibilities include end-to-end desktop refreshes, incident tracking and escalation, and adherence to security and access standards.

Formación

• At least 4 years in desktop OS support, implementation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of desktop OS and infrastructure for enterprise deployments.
• Security and access standards for Desktop Services.
• Basic networking understanding.
• Proficient in Windows 7 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support users through direct end user support or through projects delivering changes to the end user environment.
• Handle end-to-end desktop refresh and replacement initiatives and removal of Not Permitted Technology.
• Handle user questions, incidents and requests. Track, measure and escalate as appropriate.
• Assist with patching and upgrading end user devices.
• Address quality and schedule conflicts.
