You will use AI tools to improve research and documentation while ensuring IT access and equipment are ready on day one. The role requires 1–3 years in IT helpdesk, strong MS 365 skills, and a service‑oriented approach.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of IT helpdesk/support experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Intune.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Good communication and a service‑oriented approach; comfortable with AI tools for research/productivity.
• Willing to be based in Tuas.

Aufgaben

• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software, user accounts, printers and network issues; record and track requests.
• Set up/disable accounts, licences, configure devices, manage onboarding/offboarding access.
• Maintain IT asset register (laptops, mobile, peripherals, licences) incl. issuance/returns/warranty.
• Administer basic Microsoft 365 tasks: user/group management, mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint permissions.
• Document network layouts, IP/VLAN details, Wi‑Fi coverage, and IT requirements for moves/setups.
• Research IT products and vendors; prepare concise recommendations.
• Use AI tools to support research, docs, issue summaries, and repetition tasks.
• Write simple scripts to automate routine IT tasks; keep SOPs and checklists up to date.
